FONT & CONDE ADVOCATS is a multidisciplinary firm, created in 1988, with a marked proceduralist vocation, considering its founding partners that “the gown” is an indissociable and distinctive element of the legal profession.
Society assumes as unquestionable that a lawyer is someone who defends the citizen against the abuses of third parties, whether they are inflicted by other citizens or by the Public Administration, vindicating and ensuring the protection of their rights and individual or collective freedoms.
The defense of our clients’ interests is, therefore, our main objective and reason for being and we always carry it out with vocation of service, professionalism, transparency and legal and argumentative solidity.
The initial vocation of FONT & CONDE ADVOCATS was extended over time and, without abandoning the practice of Procedural Law, extended the scope of its activity to civil, criminal and administrative advising, in all its scope and throughout the national territory, thus complementing the own and natural activity before judicial, administrative or arbitration instances.
Currently there is full awareness of the importance of having a preventive advice and, where appropriate, a good assistance for the friendly resolution of conflicts and thus avoid the always annoying and unpleasant contentious way. Regardless of its outcome, a lawsuit is always something that generates uncertainty and suffering to the parties involved and that should be avoided.
During the last years, and especially since the turn of the century, international relations have experienced an exponential growth and, with this, the need for quality advice, both for nationals who need support abroad, and for citizens of other countries that wish to acquire goods or start an activity in Spanish territory.
Faithful to its tradition, its history and its evolution, FONT & CONDE ADVOCATS has specialized, in recent years, in the organization of legal teams to ensure the defense of Spanish interests abroad, either through preventive or transactional advice, or the access to different jurisdictions, in defense of the client’s interests.
